The single point of contact for users (Art. 12 DSA) and for authorities (Art. 11 DSA) is [email protected]. Communication languages are German and English. You can also report unlawful or infringing content directly in the app: the ⚑ button on an image submits the report together with its location. We review every report and remove the content complained of as soon as the complaint proves justified.

Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 (1) no. 1 VSBG).

Liability for content

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under the general laws. We do not monitor user-generated content (uploaded routes, photos and videos) without cause; once we become aware of an infringement, the content in question is removed without delay.

Liability for links

Our service contains links to external third-party websites over whose content we have no influence. The respective provider is always responsible for the content of the linked pages.
